What is the best potato recipie ever used?

Potato salad home is something I've wanted to do for some time, and I looked around and I just want foodnetwork.com recipe that is good gurranteed forever and requires a more mature flavor. So it would be great if you could send a link to a recipie you use aa or has ever been good enough to copy a map from here:) Thanks!

Well placed french fries, these recipes are my favorite three regards potatoes, One thing is if I like it that is not cooked. weird eh. of course, a good fried chicken is the main course. Cold-Fashioned Potato Salad 2 1 / 2 pounds red potatoes, mayonnaise, cider vinegar tablespoons diced 3 3 / 4 cup (home if possible) 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1 / 4 cup chopped parsley 1 tablespoon tarragon chopped fresh 1 / 2 tablespoon garlic very thin spoons tablespoons finely chopped dill pickles 3 1 / 2 cup red onion 1 / 2 cup thinly sliced celery 1 teaspoon kosher salt 1 / 2 teaspoon fresh black pepper Place potatoes in a pot. Cover with cold water and warm over medium heat. Cover pan and bring to a boil. Immediately reduce heat and remove the lid. Simmer gently until potatoes are tender. Drain and put in an ice bath to cool. Remove skin by rubbing with a cloth. potatoes cut into slices and place in a zip top bag. Add the vinegar and mix to cover all the potatoes. Place the bag in the refrigerator overnight. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, tarragon, garlic, pickles, onions and celery. Once blended, add the potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Let the cold salad in the refrigerator at least one hour before serving. Creamy mashed garlic 3 1 / 2 pounds russet potatoes 16 fl oz (2 cups), half and half 6 cloves garlic, crushed 2 tablespoons kosher salt 6 oz grated Parmesan cheese Peel and dice potatoes, making sure all are relatively the same size. Place in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, reduce heat to keep the water boiling. Cook until the potatoes fall apart when pricked with a fork. Heat half and half and garlic in a medium saucepan over medium heat until to boil. Remove from heat and set aside. Remove potatoes from heat and water flow. Mash and add the garlic mixture, cream, salt and Parmesan cheese and mix. Let stand for 5 minutes the mixture thickens and serve. Garlic Roasted Potatoes 3 pounds small red potatoes or a white / 4 cup good olive oil 1 1 / 2 teaspoon kosher salt 1 teaspoon teaspoon teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 2 tablespoons minced garlic (6 cloves) 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut the potatoes into halves or quarters and place in bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic, stir until potatoes are well coated. Transfer potatoes to a baking sheet and spread in one layer. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until golden and crisp. Flip twice with a spatula during cooking to ensure a dye. Remove potatoes the oven, toss with parsley, season to taste and serve hot.
